Welcome to The Craft Studio

The Craft Studio and Gallery is where you can be inspired to create and craft. You can either join one of our regular workshops, classes or come and do your own thing with expert advice and help on hand. You are also always welcome to shop and browse our gallery for ideas and inspiration or come and take the weight off your feet in our Coffee Shop.

Craft Workshops

Regular Craft Workshops in:

Papercrafting, Beading, Ribbon-Craft, Knitting, Patchwork, Calligraphy and Scrapbooking and many more.

Additional Open Workshops where you can turn up and do your own thing using a wide range of resources.

Every Saturday morning we run a craft workshop for children 9.15 am to 11.15 am.

During the holidays we hold "The Craft Summer School" several afternoons each week.

Craft Classes

Craft classes and short courses are led by experts. Classes and courses from the beginner to advanced level.

We can also teach crafts in Residential Homes or do one off sessions/workshops for groups such as the WI or at Drop in Centres.

Craft Shop and Coffee Shop

We stock a wide range of craft materials for you to choose from including fabric for quilting. The stock of crafting materials is expanding all the time. Plus you can relax and have a drink and a snack in our coffee shop .
