We offer plenty of workspace for even the largest quilts. To help you realise your full creative potential you will work with the experts to create craft items that are either practical or decorative – something special.

The Craft Studio provides the perfect opportunity for crafters to meet and enjoy 'open' craft workshops or join a regular group.
We can always arrange ad-hoc sessions and personal tuition for individuals and small groups. If you are an established group why not visit us to see the facilities we have to offer or if you have a craft and no one to share your passion with we could help you set up a new group.

Scrapbooking
Join the usual members of the Thursday crop using Gorgeous Vintage papers, richly patterned or plain, all perfect for heritage and heirloom. Fabulous to cut and use as embellishments, so many options to choose from to make an attractive addition to your scrapbooking pages. You can work on 12 x 12 inches or work on a mini album 8 x 8 inches.
Writing heartfelt journalling is a good idea for your professional looking project. Use beautiful ribbons from the shop where we stock florals, bold, dots, bright, stripes and Xmas, to add new levels of depth and texture to your scrapbook.
Quilting
Your memories can be recorded for posterity in a gorgeous patchwork quilt. Learn new skills at the workshops and be inspired to create your own stunning masterpiece by hand or machine. It could become your family heirloom.
Stock up on your craft supplies from the Craft Studio shop. We have a wide range of ever expanding quilting materials and haberdashery notions, also featuring a display of quilts and craft items.
If you are just beginning to sew you will pick up skills and ideas as you go along. With guidance from the experts you will be turning out beautiful works of art in no time.

Card making
Excellent papercrafting skills can be yours in no time at all. Learn how to produce silk ribbon cards to be proud of – too nice to throw away, perfect for anyone with an appreciation for beautiful gifts. Why not make a handcrafted card to accompany a gift, you could create a spectacular one perhaps include photographs to add a very personal touch. Beads, gems, lace or feathers can all be used stylishly. Always in stock speciality papers and card.
